We believe education can make a positive difference.
Education is a powerful tool for change and we believe that everyone should have access to a great education. We have two school sites in The Gambia, one at Kanifing and the other at Half Dye. The centre at Kanifing provides education for nursery, primary, and junior secondary school children and our Half Dye centre is for nursery and primary level children. At present, we are able to provide full-time quality education to over 13,000 children.
Our new building
The latest developments we have made are to our Half Dye centre, where we have built a new school building in order to increase the amount of students we are able to provide education for. We have plans to build a third story, and once done, we will be able to provide education for 750 children at this site.
