Privileged

This was my first visit to The Gambia and it was amazing! I didn’t know just what to expect but I found myself being welcomed with hugs and smiles from all the children at the New Life Children’s Centres.
I know this sounds strange but one of the best times was on the last day when we went to say our goodbyes. The children just wouldn’t let me go! Especially one little girl who just hung on for dear life…..I thought I’d have to take her in my hand luggage back home!
It might have been my first visit but it definitely won’t be my last!
